You've already met one of the two founders of Languages Come Alive®, Finnbarr Dunphy. He spoke to you on the home page. Here are the others who make these volumes fun, educational, and exciting.

The illustrations that bring the Latin story-text, Patricius et Hilda, alive were drawn by Deborah Sherer, formerly a fine arts instructor at the University of South Carolina. For her part, Debbie said it was a labour of love. She used her children as models for the two main protagonists.

The Spanish texts, Friends & Foes and Amigos e Enemigos, pulled in the linguistic abilities of Maria Bravo-Carillo who collaborated on the translations with Finnbarr, no mean Spanish-speaker himself. In addition to her translations, Maria has a degree in accounting, and she works as an auditor, as a model, and is working toward her MBA in her "spare" time.

Alan Geoghegan is an awards winning videographer, with the UN and the Club of Rome on his clients list. Alan has been the "go-to" guy for the one of the founders of Languages Come Alive® ("LCA") for several years and they have worked together on 5 videos ranging in length from a minute to 30 minutes. Alan did the placements of the graphics for the original Friends & Foes. His website is www.medianetsc.us.

The story-text for Triail le Tine, volume one, came from R. MacMara O'Geaney, a lawyer by training, with a post-graduate degree in Early Irish Medieval Studies. He's the other founder of the LCA series. The graphics for this "historical novel" were placed by Quinn O'Brien, who also did the formatting for each of the three texts.
